  • High‑volume periods: 3–5 business days

  • Orders placed after 3 PM EST are processed the next business day If an item is on backorder, we will notify you by email with updated timelines.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Flat rate $5.95

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Calculated at checkout

  • Express Shipping (1–2 business days): Calculated at checkout

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $75 (after discounts) All domestic orders include tracking.

International Shipping ClaireGlow ships worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

  • Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days

  • Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.

Shipping Restrictions Certain items—such as aerosols or alcohol‑based products—may have shipping limitations depending on your location. If an item cannot be shipped to your region, you will be notified at checkout.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages ClaireGlow is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist. If you want, I can create a replacement policy section.

Incorrect Address Policy Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.
