At ClaireGlow, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all wig, hair extension, and beauty product sales are final once products have been opened, worn, altered, or used.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Description of the issue
Once reviewed, we may offer:
- A replacement
- Store credit
- Or an approved refund when applicable
Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
